Release notes of MiniGUI 3.0 series

This document lists the release notes of MiniGUI V3.0.x series. With this in mind, MiniGUI V3.0.2 is the first formal release of MiniGUI V3.0.x, its release note only describes the difference between MiniGUI V3.0 and MiniGUI 1.6/2.0. And for release note of subsequent version, it only describes major upgrades and enhancements from previous version.
